Generally, we stick to a project rate; we estimate how long a particular task will take but whether it takes longer or shorter, the rate will stay the same.

Typically, we try to send an estimate between 1-3 days

Sometimes we do and we only use the businesses that we trust will provide the same quality work.

How do you handle over runs?

With any remodeling project, you can’t see everything until exposed. We communicate every exception we see and involve you in the process and solution. Any changes are discussed and agreed upon by you, prior to taking any action.
